As a Full Stack Engineer at Andina Tech, you’ll be working with all aspects of web development, implementing sleek user interfaces with React and Node.js, and building robust, scalable solutions. You’ll own projects from start to finish, tackling complex problems and contributing to our clients’ innovative solutions.
Your Mision
- Design and implement user interface components based on design documents and wireframes.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation for the features, components, and functions you build.
- Actively participate in code reviews and contribute constructive feedback.
- Resolve software defects and issues during development and QA processes.
- Collaborate with the team through regular updates, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong frontend focus, with hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions for mid-sized projects (4-6 weeks long).
- End-to-end ownership of components or subsystems, from conceptualization to implementation.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience, particularly in server-side development.
- Expertise in React (or similar JS frameworks), Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Postgres and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Vercel or GitHub.
- A degree in Computer Science is preferred, but we value non-traditional backgrounds as well.
