As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Andina Tech, you will help architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on automation and real-time data processing. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that our client’s systems are scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
Your Mision
- Architect and implement GitOps pipelines using GitHub Actions and Terraform to automate and streamline deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform, with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
- Work on infrastructure cost optimization, ensuring that the cloud resources are aligned with the needs of the business and cost-effective.
- Monitor and manage large-scale, real-time applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive DevOps experience managing scalable infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, ensuring seamless automation and deployment.
- Knowledge and experience working with real-time data processing technologies.
- A strong passion for cloud computing, data infrastructure, and modern web development.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps with a deep understanding of GitHub Actions, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Pulumi, Terraform or Java CDK.
- Strong experience in real-time data processing (Flink or similar technologies).
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or other languages.
- Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- AWS certification.
- Active security clearance.
- Experience with Docker containers.
- Comfortable using Strace and Tcpdump in troubleshooting.
- A Computer Science degree is preferred, but we value non-traditional backgrounds as well.
