As a Senior Golang Engineer at Andina Tech, you will be at the forefront of designing and building cloud-based applications, driving digital transformation for enterprises. Your Mission
- ✓ Design and build cloud-based solutions using Golang to create efficient, scalable applications.
- ✓ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Golang code following best practices and coding standards.
- ✓ Maintain thorough documentation for features, components, and functions you develop.
- ✓ Actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to improve code quality.
- ✓ Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues identified during development and QA processes.
- ✓ Collaborate with the team through regular progress updates, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
What We're Looking For
- ✓ Experience with end-to-end ownership of projects, taking responsibility for both development and outcomes.
- ✓ Strong ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficient communication.
- ✓ Passion for driving innovation and making a significant impact in the digital transformation space.
Must-Have Skills
- ✓ 5+ years of professional experience, particularly in server-side development.
- ✓ Expertise in Golang, gRPC Protobuffs and PostgreSQL.
- ✓ Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
- ✓ Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- ✓ Experience with Financial Institutions.
- ✓ A degree in Computer Science is preferred, but we value non-traditional backgrounds as well.
